Pokemon!

My brother's girlfriend is the same way Jea... She's trying to collect all of the Eevee evolutions (which I already have, haha)... She's trying to form either an all Eevee team or and all Dog team...

I'm currently trying to set up a Fire/Fighting team, and Ground/Rock Team, and a mixed team (covers most types)... Setting up good teams isn't easy either...

Cant really beat a Dark/Fire mix though :3 (speaking ofcourse about houndoom)

The only problem with making any team that includes fire types is the very limited amount of the... Only 33 fire types throughout all 4 current generations... 12 of those being starters...

Hopefully they make some more soon... They're really being neglected...

Hmm i agree. I'm not that big of a fan for fire-types but... eh.. i have ruby and emerald... haha... considering that i was too young to even buy the gold/silver/w/e old versions.... i'm trying to persuade my parents to get me.... a DS... as i am DEFINITELY the youngest person here on BE...

since i had emerald and ruby.. and i had the gameboy advance and the gameboy SP, with a link-cable, i have all three starters.. lv 99... i got Mew, Dragonite, Deoxys, and uh... Ho-Ho, lugia on those two... yeah.. oh and charzard... um... i think thats it.. from the Pokémon US NATIONAL TOUR!!!woo!~

+ i got a lucario plush with a ho ho plush lol... don't ask me why.

i really need to get diamond and pearl... right after i get a DS... + TWEWY..... dang.. i'm missing on a lot by not getting a DS.... >.<

You can always try getting an emulator... That's what I did/do whenever I couldn't afford a game...

Emulators are computer programs that allow you to play downloaded versions of a game...
It's not very... Uh... "Nice" to do it though... If you get what I mean...

Be careful if you look them up though... Some sites contain hidden viruses... So it might be safer to just try convincing your parents like you mentioned...

oh i think i know what you mean. You mean a card you can get for your DS slot that you can download games on right? My cousin had one.. her boyfriend gave her her DS haha....... except... she's like.. 500-1000 miles away from me right now? XD

Not exactly... You can play them on your computer... But that card still works, I've never been able to find one though... Plus those can screw up your DS...

Nothing new besides those things for Diamon and Pearl... But Platinum will have some exciting new goodies on it...

i actually have one of those cards terminar ^^ i can assure it doesnt affect your DS in the slightest.
if you want to find one google modsupplier its where i get mine from for my friends and such. set me back $40 AUD so they arent expensive at all ^^ i got the R4DS though, perhaps the more reliable card out there

I have been thinking about getting an emulator, but im not sure. I love games, so I kinda want a few of them. Since there are a PS2 emulator. PS1, N64, DS, Sega, Super Nintendo, Gameboy, Gamecube. Etc

Hmm... I've never used the cards personally, but I haven't yet heard a good review of them yet... I don't go looking around any more though...

And most emultors are hard to run... I've only been able to get the GBA, DS, and N64 ones to work... The PS ones were too difficult to manage...

Hmm.. i know two people who have them. My dad's... uh..friend's daughter, shes like.. 8 years old right now though, she bought her DS in China, and the R4DS card there too.
Also, my Cousin has the R4DS that she bought for her DS. her boyfriend is a "techy" guy. Loves technology. She uses it just fine.

So, i could put a good word for the R4DS. On my cousin's R4DS, she had about... um.. about 15-20 games on it. I'm not sure exactly how many. Except the only thing that's bad about the R4DS that i know right now is that it takes a moment (like.. 2 seconds) to load that particular game.

although that's only 2 seconds cut in your gaming time, it hardly makes a difference so i think its a good deal to buy the R4DS.

terminar the only thing that is bad about the r4ds is that it cant hold micro sd cards bigger than 2gig.
however i think they fixed that with a new model
(honestly 2gig is fine though )

What are the teams you (anyone that reads this) are currently using?
Mine consists of- Infernape, Luxray, Staraptor, Gastrodon, Gallade (in progress), and Garchomp (in progress)
Normally I just run around with the first 3 of them... Unless I'm going to the Elite 4, then I switch Gallade and Garchomp out for my Groudon and Giratina... Once I get my Magmortar I'll be switching to him instead of my Groudon though...

6)An egg.... i'm not sure which egg it is though. I think it could be... a torchic egg? i'm never really sure myself. Otherwise, it could be a pikachu egg XD

My teams depend on my moods (and game quite frankly) More often than not I use teams of my favorites just playing through. My all dragon or wolf/dog or eevee teams are used in everything but competition, but in high stakes occasions...

I only need one pokemon. My customized Spiritomb from pokemon Diamond.
It is un-freakin-touchable.

It is an actual pokemon, but I modified it in a special way.
It is ghost/dark, meaning it has no weaknesses.
I gave it the ability Wonder Guard, which means only super-effective moves can hit.
Therefore, it is invincible.

What is Wonder Guard? I've never heard of that before. Do you mean only super effective moves can hurt your modemon? (word play. Pokemon + Mod = Modemon)

Yes, only super-effective moves can effect him.
Nothing is super-effective to ghost/dark.
