@ Terminar: Ok, i agree a horse can kick. But it wouldn't need to kick the hay to him if it was right in front of him does it? Also, a horse can't kick forwards. It can only kick backwards. so therefore, in order to "kick" the bale of hay towards itself, the horse would have to be further than the hay.
So, that is why jea sort of completely had the wrong idea. (no offence...)
Another tip.
because the rope is tied to the horse's neck, the horse's body would have to be along the rope. Therefore, the horse's body length does not matter.
if a horse is tied to a rope, and then that rope is attatched to a peg driven into the ground so hard, that the horse can't pull it out. The rope is 7 feet long. There is a pile of hay 10 feet from the horse. How, if possible, can the horse try to eat the hay?
